Present the card with your KADIAN^® monthly prescription and insurance card, if applicable. The card is multiuse; you can use the same card with every prescription of KADIAN^® capsules until the expiration date printed on the card.

Terms and Conditions: Valid only at participating retail pharmacies and mail order pharmacies in the US and Puerto Rico. This offer is limited to up to one savings per prescription.
